Our rates – Accounting & Financial Management for SMEs

All our rates are expressed in actual hours worked, with no hidden fees or opaque flat rates. You only pay for the time actually spent on your file, which avoids the oversized flat rates often found in traditional firms.

The hourly rate depends on the level of expertise mobilized, the rates by profile are available above. This modular logic allows assigning the right skill to the right task: you do not pay a senior expert for data entry.

Before any assignment, we estimate together the necessary monthly hours based on your activity, the number of transactions to process, and your tools. This volume is then adjusted over time if your activity evolves.

For an independent consultant or a micro-enterprise: refer to the price tables above. 

Specifically, this support includes the setup and training on Odoo or Pennylane, the automation of bank flows and invoices, and then a simplified monthly follow-up. Once the tools are in place, the majority of entries are generated automatically: your role is limited to validating and transmitting a few documents.

The result: accounting in order, 100% digital, with no administrative burden for you. You dedicate your time to your clients, not to your paperwork.

This amount covers about 3 hours of monthly follow-up, plus about ten hours at the end of the fiscal year for the annual review and the preparation of the tax package.

This format is typically aimed at a manager juggling multiple tools (invoicing on one side, banking on the other, Excel spreadsheet to track everything) who wants to centralize their management. We set up Odoo — Accounting, Sales, Documents, and even Subscriptions modules — and automate bank flows and invoices.

The key: smoother accounting, much less manual work, and above all, a clear view of your cash flow throughout the year — not just at the time of the balance sheet.

These are two complementary levels of intervention.

The Outsourced Accountant takes charge of daily accounting production: data entry and review, bank reconciliations, VAT declarations, preparation of closing items, and ensuring the reliability of flows. Its goal is for your accounting to be reliable, up to date, and integrated with your digital tools.

The Accounting & Reporting Manager operates at a higher level: he links accounting production and business management. He supervises and reviews accounts, structures monthly financial reporting, sets up your KPIs and cash flow monitoring, and analyzes your margins. He is the one who transforms your numbers into useful information for decision-making.

In practice, many of our clients combine the two: the first produces reliable data, the second makes it speak.

The Odoo Business Analyst is the profile that bridges your operational needs and the Odoo tool. His work begins with analyzing your business processes: how do your quotes, orders, invoices, and payments flow? Where are the re-entries, time losses, and risks of error?

He then structures your flows in Odoo: functional configuration of modules, optimization of workflows, automation of repetitive administrative tasks, and construction of dashboards tailored to your activity. He also supports your teams in getting started, as a well-configured tool that is poorly adopted is of no use.

He addresses companies that deploy Odoo, but also those that already use it and want to get more out of it: better organization, fewer manual manipulations, clearer management.

No, it is not a prerequisite. We intervene in three different situations.

If you are not yet equipped, we take care of the complete setup of Odoo or Pennylane according to your profile: choice of modules, configuration, data migration, automation of banking flows, and training. This is included in our support, even for small structures.

If you are already using Odoo, our Odoo Business Analyst can review your settings, optimize your workflows, and complete your installation (dashboards, new modules, automations). And if you are using another tool, we assess with you whether to keep it, connect it, or migrate — without dogmatism: the tool must serve your management, not the other way around.
